Our Wines:

2004 GV Merlot (Sold Out) - It is Deep ruby in color, has a blackberry nose, and is a full bodied wine. It tastes of Cherry and licorice. It has a medium slightly chalky finish, which makes it a perfect match for pork chops, pork tenderloin, and bacon wrapped steaks.

2004 White Zinfandel - A beautiful deep pink blush, with a strawberry/raspberry nose. It is a light bodied, semi- sweet wine with plum and ruby red grapefruit undertones. It has a short finish and is an excellent all purpose wine as it pairs well with crackers, cheese, fruits, and sweets.

2005 Chardonnay - It is a beautiful honeysuckle color with a caramel nose and flavors of pineapple, lemon, and butterscotch. It is a light bodied wine with a smooth finish. It pairs well with rich foods

2005 Sauvignon Blanc - A gorgeous, tropical, sheer diamond color with a fig nose, a medium body, and a long finish. Its’ flavors of green apple, kiwi, and cardamom go well with any grilled food, and cuts through the heat of even the spiciest dishes.

2005 Shiraz – Rich garnet color with purple nuance of a young red wine. Spicy plum with earthy undertones on the nose, this full bodied dry red wine explodes with mouth feel. Subtle hints of blackberry and spiced plum with firm tannins and a long fresh finish. Pairs very well with big thick juicy steaks! Questions??
